Started in 2010, NGO FUNDS INDIA (NFI) is the largest Association of Non- profits organisations/ NGOs in India. NFI helps in capacity building, growth and networking of several NGOs,Donors and CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) organisations in India.

Ms. Chetna has joined NFI Team as NFI-Advisory Committee Member(ACM).  She is a communications professional with 14 years of significant experience in the Development Sector. She has worked with various organisations in South Asia and South East Asia. Her work involves supporting and advising voluntary organisation on brand building and external communications, with special emphasis on Donor Communications.

She has joined NFI Team as NFI-Advisory Committee Member(ACM). She will contribute to NFI by undertaking workshops and trainings for grass-root NGOs. She will be happy to receive queries at –



Prof. Dr. V V Singh (MA, MMM, MHRM, PhD)

He is a Management Consultant, Corporate trainer, Motivator, Counselor & Business Analyst. His forte is business leadership, human behaviour and concept selling. He is known for his lucid oratory and scholarship in corporate circles.

 He conducts various Programmes for Judges, IAS, IPS and PCS officers, Corporate Executives, Bank Staff, Chartered Accountants, Businessmen and Industrialists.

Some of his clients are Hindalco Industries limited- Aditya Birla Group,Godrej & Boyce, Lakhani Group of Industries, Thermax India Ltd., United India Insurance Ltd., NABARD, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Indian Industries Association(IIA),Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Associated Chambers Of Commerce and Industry(ASSOCHAM), NTPC, ONGC & BHEL, Birla Corporation Ltd. He is a Chairman of ‘KIBBUTZ CONSULTANCY & ENTERPRISES’, which deals in Human Resource Development, Business Excellence & Market Research. He is a member of various prestigious associations, societies and a known name as Management Expert.

He is Professor and Ex-Director Management Development Centre & Bureau of Market Research in LBS Group of Management Institutions.

He has been conferred Bharat Shiksha Ratna Award for his services in the field of education and training by Global Society for Health & Education, Delhi, India.

He has also been conferred UP Ratna Award for the year 2011 by All India Intellectuals Conference, U.P. for his services in enhancing productivity & performance of the people.

He has been awarded Glory of India Award with medal for the year 2012 by Foundation of Economic & Social Development, Delhi, India for his contribution in spheres of social and economic development of the nation.

Neeraja has been working on children's rights issues since 1992. Children's Protection & Participation Rights are her forte. As a member of the sponsorship programme team of Save the Children UK she has managed a child sponsorship with seventeen partners. She has facilitated numerous workshops on the UNCRC, rights based programming and gender sensitivity for NGO workers, police and Government functionaries. She carried out a sensitive

research in Bhutan on Protection Factors Affecting the Vulnerability of Children, 350 children informed this national study. Neeraja also developed a CRC training module for the police in Afghanistan; and another on "Children and Adults working together in Development" for UNICEF, West Bengal Office. A study using the Development Evaluation approach for Aviva

Akanksha, International Coordinator-NFI

Akanksha, based out of London, is a qualified Engineer-B.E(C.Sc) and MBA(IB)-International Business. She has professional experience in the field of Strategic Planning, Negotiations, Marketing and International Networking.

She has participated in various International workshops and seminars with support from UNICEF, PLMA-Chicago, USA and ITF, Cairo.

She is currently involved with few reknowned charities in London.

She is a core team member of NFI-India. She will be help to identify new funding vistas for Indian NGOs and also facilitate the coordination of our Indian NGO members with UK based individuals and charities.

Supriya Dutt, Chartered Accountant

Supriya Dutt, A Chartered Accountant since November 1988, has professional and functional expertise in accounting, financial management, budgeting, MIS, Indian taxation, internal auditing and Human Resource portfolio management. A very process oriented and disciplined individual, my core competencies have been

·          Accounting, budgeting, financial MIS,

·         Organizational process & workflow streamlining.

·         Internal auditing and process re engineering for better and effective fund utilisation

·         Implementation of ERP solutions from drawing up requirements to implementation and training users

·         Training in accounting. Finance for non finance people

·         Documenting of standard operating processes as a manual for employees ready reference

·         Handling of legal issues including employment and vendor contracts              


She has headed Finance, HR, Information Technology, Procurements ,Internal audit and Legal departments for over 10 years. She has hands on experience in Tally 9  ,ALIF accounting software, SAP, Navision etc
